Well it’s a new year & I am back in business this year, ain’t going to say too much else, rather just going to knuckle down & work hard & stick to it this year & see where we end up @ the end of the year!
Today we trained Chest & did cardio, for cardio we did the eliptical trainer for 10min and burned 65cal.
Chest:
- Flat Bench 1set 20reps 80kg
- Incline Bench 1set 20reps 80kg
- Incline Flyes 1set 18reps 18kg
- Seated Pec Deck 1set 20reps 35kg
- Seated Chest Press 1set 10reps 80kg
