Today we trained Shoulders/Tris:

- Shoulders:

  • Military Press 1set 8reps 60kg
  • Smith Press Behind Head 1set 12reps 60kg
  • Seated DB Press 1set 10reps 34kg
  • Side Raise Machine 1set 15reps 80kg superset with
  • Rear Delt Machine 1set 10reps 30kg

- Tris:

  • Dips 1set 21reps
  • Close Grip Bench 1set 8reps 80kg
  • Cambered Bar Pushdowns 1set 10reps 100kg
