- Seated DB Press 1set 10reps 34kg
- Side Raise Machine 1set 15reps 80kg superset with
- Rear Delt Machine 1set 10reps 30kg
- Tris:
- Dips 1set 21reps
- Close Grip Bench 1set 8reps 80kg
- Cambered Bar Pushdowns 1set 10reps 100kg
