- Incline Bench 1set 10reps 85kg
- Incline DB Press 1set 12reps 38kg
- Seated Chest Press Machine 1set 8reps 90kg
- Flat Flyes 1set 12reps 24kg
- Pec Deck 1set 15reps 42.5kg
- Cable Crossovers 1set 15reps 24.5kg
