Today we trained Shoulders/Tris & did cardio, for cardio we walked/jogged/sprinted for 10min.
Shoulders:
- Military Press 1set 15reps 50kg
- DB Press 1set 10reps 32kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 25reps 180kg
- Side Raise Machine 1set 15reps 80kg
- Rear Delts on XOver Machine 1set 14reps 13.5kg
Tris:
- Dips 1set 20reps
- Close Grip Bench 1set 10reps 80kg
- Cambered Bar Tri Pushdowns 1set 8reps 100kg
