Today we did cardio, we walked for 10min, did the treadmill for 10min and rowed for 5min.

We also trained Calves:

Calves:

  • Seated Calve Raises 1giantset 75reps 50/40kg
  • Standing Calve Raises 1giantset 50reps 50/30kg

  • Rear Delt Machine 1set 10reps 30kg

  • Close Grip Bench 1set 8reps 80kg
  • Cambered Bar Pushdowns 1set 10reps 100kg
