Today I did cardio, I did the eliptical trainer for 20min & burned 171cal, then I cycled for 15min & burned 128cal.

Well I am back again after a well needed break & ready to start klapping it hard again from where I left off!

Today we trained Shoulders/Tris:

Shoulders:

  • Military Press 1set 15reps 50kg
  • Seated DB Press 1set 10reps 34kg
  • Seated Shoulder Press Machine 1set 8reps 100kg
  • Seated Side Raise Machine 1set 15reps 70kg
  • Bent Over Rear Delt Raises 1set 20reps 16kg

Tris:

  • Close Grip Bench 1set 10reps 80kg
  • Cambered Bar Push Downs 1set 15reps 80kg
  • Overhead Rope Ext. 1set 15reps 40kg

Strong workout for the 1st week back, niiiiiice ;)
