Well I am back again after a well needed break & ready to start klapping it hard again from where I left off!
Today we trained Shoulders/Tris:
Shoulders:
- Military Press 1set 15reps 50kg
- Seated DB Press 1set 10reps 34kg
- Seated Shoulder Press Machine 1set 8reps 100kg
- Seated Side Raise Machine 1set 15reps 70kg
- Bent Over Rear Delt Raises 1set 20reps 16kg
Tris:
- Close Grip Bench 1set 10reps 80kg
- Cambered Bar Push Downs 1set 15reps 80kg
- Overhead Rope Ext. 1set 15reps 40kg
Strong workout for the 1st week back, niiiiiice
