Today we did Calves & cardio, for cardio we did the reclined bike for 20min & burned 178cal, & rowed for 10min & burned 128cal.
Calves:
- Seated Calve Raises 1dropset 20/15/12/20reps 80/60/40/20kg
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 15reps 100kg
