- Wide Grip Flat Bench 1set 10reps 100kg
- Wide Grip Incline Bench 1set 12reps 90kg
- Incline Chest Press Machine 1set 8reps 100kg
- Flat DB Flyes 1set 10reps 26kg
- Cable Crossovers 1set 10reps 45kg
- Seated Chest Press Machine 1dropset 6/6/12reps 100/75/40kg
