Today we trained Chest:

Chest:
- Wide Grip Flat Bench 1set 10reps 100kg
- Wide Grip Incline Bench 1set 12reps 90kg
- Incline Chest Press Machine 1set 8reps 100kg
- Flat DB Flyes 1set 10reps 26kg
- Cable Crossovers 1set 10reps 45kg
- Seated Chest Press Machine 1dropset 6/6/12reps 100/75/40kg

Orsm workout, felt really pumped!

Today I trained Abs & did cardio, for cardio I did 15min on the eliptical and burned 122cal, I also did the reclined bike for 10min and burned 82cal & finally rowed for 10min and burned 118cal…

Abs:
- Hanging Leg Raises 1set 50reps
- Crunch Machine 1set 50reps 50kg
- Lying Crunches 1set 25reps

Great workout!

Today we did cardio, I did walked/ran/jogged for 15min & burned ?cal, then I did the eliptical trainer for 15min and burned 138cal, then I did the reclined bike for 15min and burned 138cal & finally rowed for 5min and burned 65cal.

Today we trained Legs:

Legs:
- Hack Squats 1set 12reps 120kg
- Leg Press 1set 15reps 260kg
- Leg Extensions 1dropset 10/8/6reps 100/75/50kg
- Adductors 1set 35reps 54kg
- Abductors 1set 35reps 54kg
- Stiff Leg Deadlifts 1set 12reps 100kg
- Seated Leg Curls 1set 20reps 60kg

Flipping orsm workout, legs were like jelly! Am also happy did the most cardio I have ever done last week & only went down only 50g & can see a noticable change which means the muscle has gone up nicely ;)

Today I did calves & did cardio, for cardio I did 20min on the reclined bike and burned 174cal, I also rowed for 10min and burned 124cal & finally I did the eliptical trainer for 5min and burned 40cal.

- Seated Calve Raises 1giantset 20/15/12/10/8/6/20reps 90/80/60/50/40/30/20kg
