Today we trained calves & did cardio, for cardio we cycled for 15min & burned 124cal and then rowed for 15min and burned 186cal.
Calves:
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 50reps 50kg superset with
- Toe Presses 1set 50reps 140kg superset with
- Seated Calve Raises 1set 50reps 40kg
