Today I did cardio @ gym, I did the eliptical trainer for 20min & burned 192cal, then I did the reclined bike for 15min & burned 128cal, finally I rowed for 10min & burned 128cal.
Today I did cardio, I did the eliptical trainer for 20min & burned 183cal, then I did the reclined bike for 20min & burned 172cal & finally I rowed for 20min & burned 236cal.
