Today I did cardio, I did the eliptical trainer for 20min and burned 181cal, I did the reclined bike and burned 160cal & finally I rowed for 5min and burned 60cal.

Today I trained Shoulders & Tris:

Shoulders:
- Seated DB Press 1set 11reps 34kg
- Seated Shoulder Press Machine 1set 11reps 85kg
- Upright Rows 1set 15reps 50kg
- Rear Delt Machine 1set 10reps 30kg
- Side Delt Machine 1set 12reps 70kg

Tris:
- Dips for Tris 1set 13reps
- EZ Bar Tri Pushdowns 1set 12reps 80kg
- EZ Bar Overhead Tri Ext 1set 15reps 70kg

Today I trained Back & Biceps:

Back:
- Assisted Chin Ups 1set 20reps 60kg
- Incline T-Bar Rows 1set 12reps 50kg
- DB Rows 1set 10reps 50kg
- Rear Lat Pulldowns 1set 15reps 60kg
- Close Grip Pulldowns 1set 15reps 50kg

Biceps:
- EZ Bar Curls 1set 10reps 47.5kg
- Standing DB Curls 1set 8reps 24kg
- Seated Concentration Curls 1set 7reps 16kg

Today I did cardio at lunch, I rowed for 15min and burned 150cal, then I did the eliptical trainer for 15min and burned 149cal. I also trained Abs & Calves:

Abs:
- Crunches 1set 100reps

Calves:
- Seated Calve Raises 1set 30reps 60kg superset with
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 20reps 100kg

Today after work I trained Chest:

Chest:

- Incline DB Press 1set 14reps 38kg superset with 12 pushups

- Flat Bench Press Machine 1set 10reps 120kg superset with 5 pushups

- Seated Chest Press 1set 6reps 85kg superset with 6 pushups

- Flat DB Flyes 1set 6reps 24kg

- Inline Cable Crossovers 1set 20reps 18.5kg

All in all an orsm workout!

Today I did cardio @ lunch time, I did the eliptical trainer for 15min and burned 136cal, I then did the reclined bike for 15min and burned 122cal and finally I rowed for 5min and burned 65cal. Also went up 350g, which I am excited about considering I did alot of cario last week, w00t!

- Smith Squats 1set 15reps 120kg
- Lying Leg Curls 1set 12reps 60kg
- Adductors 1set 20reps 80kg
- Abductors 1set 25reps 63kg
