Today I did cardio, I did the eliptical trainer for 20min and burned 181cal, I did the reclined bike and burned 160cal & finally I rowed for 5min and burned 60cal.
Today I did cardio at lunch, I rowed for 15min and burned 150cal, then I did the eliptical trainer for 15min and burned 149cal. I also trained Abs & Calves:
Today I did cardio @ lunch time, I did the eliptical trainer for 15min and burned 136cal, I then did the reclined bike for 15min and burned 122cal and finally I rowed for 5min and burned 65cal. Also went up 350g, which I am excited about considering I did alot of cario last week, w00t!
Today I did cardio, I rowed for 10min and burned 114cal, I then did the eliptical trainer for 15min and burned 131cal and finally I cycled on the reclined bike for 15min and burned 119cal.
