Today we trained Shoulders/Tris:
Shoulders:
- Seated DB Press 1set 10reps 38kg
- In Front Smith Press 1set 8reps 90kg
- Shoulder Press Machine 1set 10reps 90kg
- DB Side Raises 1set 12reps 20kg
Tris:
- Close Grip Bench 1set 10reps 90kg
- Dips Machine 1set 10reps 80kg
- Cambered Pushdowns 1dropset 8/8/12reps 90/60/30kg
Strong workout, gotta keep it up!
