- Deadlifts 1set 4reps 160kg
- T-Bar Rows Close Grip 1set 15reps 60kg
- Isolated Rows From Above 1set 15reps 80kg
- Front Lat Pulldowns 1set 10reps 75kg
- Assisted Pull Ups 1set 8reps 54kg
Biceps:
- BB Curls 1set 10reps 50kg
- DB Hammer Curls 1set 10reps 26kg
- Machine Preacher Curls 1set 10reps 35kg
