Today I did Calves/Abs and also did cardio. For cardio I rowed for 15min and burned 170cal, then I did the reclined bike for 15min and burned 120cal.
Calves:
- Seated Calve Raises 1giantset 25/20/15/15/15 90/60/40/20/10kg
Abs:
- Crunch Machine 1set 25reps 70kg superset with
- Crunches 1set 25reps superset with
- Hanging Leg Raises 1set 25reps superset with
- Side Crunches 1set 25reps.
