Today we trained Chest & my training buddy is back in action which rocks largely!
Chest:
- Incline DB Press 1set 11reps 40kg
- Flat Bench Press 1set 9reps 90kg
- Incline Seated Chest Press 1set 10reps 80kg
- Flat DB Flyes 1set 12reps 20kg
- Seated Flyes 1set 12reps 50kg
