- Seated Leg Ext 1set 20reps 100kg
- Squats 1set 12reps 120kg
- Front Smith Squats 1set 12reps 100kg
- Adductors 1set 25reps 60kg
- Abductors 1set 25reps 60kg
- Lying Leg Curls 1set 8reps 70kg
- Standing Leg Curls 1set 15reps 30kg
