Today we trained Shoulders/Tris:

Shoulders:
- Seated DB Press 1set 10reps 38kg
- In Front Smith Press 1set 8reps 90kg
- Shoulder Press Machine 1set 10reps 90kg
- DB Side Raises 1set 12reps 20kg

Tris:
- Close Grip Bench 1set 10reps 90kg
- Dips Machine 1set 10reps 80kg
- Cambered Pushdowns 1dropset 8/8/12reps 90/60/30kg

Strong workout, gotta keep it up!

Today @ lunch I did the eliptical trainer for 15min and burned 140cal, then I did the reclined bike for 15min and burned 136cal and finally I rowed for 5min and burned 60cal. I also trained Abs:

Abs:

- Crunch Machine 1set 100reps 50kg

- Deadlifts 1set 4reps 160kg
- T-Bar Rows Close Grip 1set 15reps 60kg
- Isolated Rows From Above 1set 15reps 80kg
- Front Lat Pulldowns 1set 10reps 75kg
- Assisted Pull Ups 1set 8reps 54kg

Biceps:
- BB Curls 1set 10reps 50kg
- DB Hammer Curls 1set 10reps 26kg
- Machine Preacher Curls 1set 10reps 35kg

Today I did Calves/Abs and also did cardio. For cardio I rowed for 15min and burned 170cal, then I did the reclined bike for 15min and burned 120cal.

Calves:
- Seated Calve Raises 1giantset 25/20/15/15/15 90/60/40/20/10kg

Abs:
- Crunch Machine 1set 25reps 70kg superset with
- Crunches 1set 25reps superset with
- Hanging Leg Raises 1set 25reps superset with
- Side Crunches 1set 25reps.

  • Flat Bench Press 1set 9reps 90kg
  • Incline Seated Chest Press 1set 10reps 80kg
  • Flat DB Flyes 1set 12reps 20kg
  • Seated Flyes 1set 12reps 50kg

- Lying Leg Raises 1set 25reps superset with
- Side Crunches 1set 25reps.
