Friday, June 6th, 2008Well today was the 1st day back at weights after the flu! I must say wasn’t expecting too much! Anyways we did Chest:
Chest:
- Flat Bench Press 1set 20reps 80kg
- Incline DB Press 1set 12reps 38kg
- Seated Chest Press 1dropset 5/5reps 100/60kg
- Peck Deck 1set 10reps 55kg
- Dips for Chest 1set 5reps
Shoo, very strong workout, was very surprised, w00t!
