Shoulders:
- Seated DB Press 1set 16reps 30kg
- Military Press 1set 8reps 50kg
- Seated Shoulder Press Machine 1set 7reps 60kg
- Side Raise Machine 1set 12reps 60kg
- Rear Delt Machine 1set 12reps 25kg
Tris:
- Dips for Tris 1set 12reps
- Close Grip Bench 1dropset 5/5/10reps 80/60/40kg
- Cambered Bar Pushdowns 1set 11reps 80kg
