Today I trained Back & Biceps:
Back:
- Assisted Pullups 1set 15reps 54kg
- Deadlifts 1set 10reps 140kg
- Low Pulley Rows 1set 15reps 60kg
- Straight Arm Pulldown 1set 12reps 30kg
Biceps:
- BB Curls 1set 8reps 50kg
- DB Hammer Curls 1set 6reps 30kg
- Seated Preacher Curl Machine 1dropset 8/6/4 35/20/15
All in all a good workout, felt like passing out afterwards so I know it was good
