Today I got back to gym for after being off with flu… AGAIN!!! & this time I am - 1 training partner for the next week or so, which sucks big time!
Today I trained Chest & did cardio on the elliptical trainer for 10min and burned 80cal.
Chest:
- Bench Press 1set 22reps 70kg
- Incline DB Flyes 1set 10reps 24kg
- Seated Chest Press 1dropset 3/3/3reps 100/75/60kg
- Incline Chest Press 1set 5reps 60kg
- Inline Cable Crossovers 1set 20reps 18.5kg
Great workout, couldn’t have asked for more after being off sick for a while!
