Today we trained Shoulders/Tris:
Shoulders:
- Seated DB Press 1set 10reps 38kg
- Seated Shoulder Press Machine 1set 10reps 120kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 10reps 260kg (grip was giving up on me will hit it 110% next time!)
- Seated Side Raise Machine 1set 15reps 80kg
Tris:
- Close Grip Bench 1set 12reps 80kg
- Dips Machine 1set 12reps 80kg
- Stright Bar Tricep Pushdowns 1set 10reps 90kg
