Today we trained Back/Biceps:
Back:
- Deadlifts 1set 0reps 200kg
- Seated Isolated Rows from Above 1set 16reps 100kg
- Front Lat Pulldowns 1set 8reps 90kg
- Close Grip Pulldowns 1set 10reps 70kg
Biceps:
- BB Curls 1set 5reps 60kg
- Preacher Curl Machine 1set 12reps 40kg
- Standing Cable Cambered Bar Curls 1set 5reps 65kg
Not a strong workout, but as Arnie would say, "I’ll be back!"
