Today we did cardio, we started on the elliptical trainer & I did 165cal in 20min, we also cycled for 10min and I burned 80cal. We also did abs:
Abs:
- Seated Crunches 1set 25reps superset with
- Hanging Leg Raises 1set 25reps superset with
- Crunches 1set 25reps superset with
- Side Crunches 1set 25reps.
Good strong workout!
