Today I trained Shoulders/Tris:

Shoulders:
- Seated DB Press 1set 16reps 30kg
- Military Press 1set 8reps 50kg
- Seated Shoulder Press Machine 1set 7reps 60kg
- Side Raise Machine 1set 12reps 60kg
- Rear Delt Machine 1set 12reps 25kg

Tris:
- Dips for Tris 1set 12reps
- Close Grip Bench 1dropset 5/5/10reps 80/60/40kg
- Cambered Bar Pushdowns 1set 11reps 80kg

Great workout am feeling orsm ;)

Today I trained Back & Biceps:

Back:
- Assisted Pullups 1set 15reps 54kg
- Deadlifts 1set 10reps 140kg
- Low Pulley Rows 1set 15reps 60kg
- Straight Arm Pulldown 1set 12reps 30kg

Biceps:

- BB Curls 1set 8reps 50kg
- DB Hammer Curls 1set 6reps 30kg
- Seated Preacher Curl Machine 1dropset 8/6/4 35/20/15

All in all a good workout, felt like passing out afterwards so I know it was good ;)

Today I did cardio, I did the elliptical trainer for 20min and burned 174cal, I also cycled for 10min and burned 97cal & I also rowed for 10min and burned 115cal. I trained Calves:

Today I got back to gym for after being off with flu… AGAIN!!! & this time I am - 1 training partner for the next week or so, which sucks big time!

Today I trained Chest & did cardio on the elliptical trainer for 10min and burned 80cal.

Chest:
- Bench Press 1set 22reps 70kg
- Incline DB Flyes 1set 10reps 24kg
- Seated Chest Press 1dropset 3/3/3reps 100/75/60kg
- Incline Chest Press 1set 5reps 60kg
- Inline Cable Crossovers 1set 20reps 18.5kg

Great workout, couldn’t have asked for more after being off sick for a while!

Back:
- Deadlifts 1set 0reps 200kg
- Seated Isolated Rows from Above 1set 16reps 100kg
- Front Lat Pulldowns 1set 8reps 90kg
- Close Grip Pulldowns 1set 10reps 70kg

Biceps:
- BB Curls 1set 5reps 60kg
- Preacher Curl Machine 1set 12reps 40kg
- Standing Cable Cambered Bar Curls 1set 5reps 65kg

Not a strong workout, but as Arnie would say, "I’ll be back!" ;) Lol my one strap snapped today!

- Seated Shoulder Press Machine 1set 10reps 120kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 10reps 260kg (grip was giving up on me will hit it 110% next time!)
- Seated Side Raise Machine 1set 15reps 80kg

Tris:
- Close Grip Bench 1set 12reps 80kg
- Dips Machine 1set 12reps 80kg
- Stright Bar Tricep Pushdowns 1set 10reps 90kg

Strong workout!

Today we did cardio, we started on the elliptical trainer & I did 165cal in 20min, we also cycled for 10min and I burned 80cal. We also did abs:

Abs:
- Seated Crunches 1set 25reps superset with
- Hanging Leg Raises 1set 25reps superset with
- Crunches 1set 25reps superset with
- Side Crunches 1set 25reps.

Good strong workout!

Today we trained Legs as a last second decision, great decision, thanks to my partner Byz, cos we kicked some serious ass ;)

Legs:
- Leg Extensions 1set 20reps 100kg
- Leg Press 1set 15reps 260kg
- Front Squats 1set 15reps 110kg
- Adductors 1set 25reps 54kg
- Abductors 1set 25reps 75kg
- Lying Leg Press 1set 10reps 60kg

Flipping strawng workout!
