- Smith Behind Neck 1set 12reps 60kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 12reps 240kg
- Machine Side Raises 1set 15reps 75kg
Triceps:
- Dips Machine 1set 15reps 80kg
- Skull Crushers 1set 12reps 42kg
- EZ Bar Tri Pushdowns 1set 12reps 80kg
