Today we trained Back/Bi’s:
Back:
- Incline T-Bar Rows 1set 15reps 60kg
- T-Bar Rows Close Grip 1set 8reps 80kg
- Isolated Rows from Above 1set 10reps 100kg
- Front Lat Pulldowns 1set 10reps 80kg
Biceps:
- BB Bicep Curls 1set 6reps 60kg
- Hammer Curls 1set 9reps 32kg
- Preacher Machine Curls 1set 10reps 40kg
Was upset cos my heel feels stuffed so couldn’t try 180 for 2 on deads
Otherwise was a good workout, but didn’t feel 100s for some reason, like I kept chewing off more than I could chew, but at the end of the day is another notch in the belt!
