- Seated Chest Press 1set 8reps 100kg
- Dips for Chest 1set 7reps
- Incline DB Flyes 1set 10reps 28kg
- Cable Crossovers 1set 20reps 18kg superset with
- Inline Cable Crossovers 1set 20reps 23.5kg superset with
- Upward Cable Crossovers 1set 20reps 9kg
