Today I went and cycled on the reclined bike for 20min and burned 155cal, I also did the elliptical trainer for 10min and burned 77cal. I also trained Abs:

- Straight Leg Hanging Leg Raises 1set 25reps superset with
- Lying Crunches 1set 25reps superset with
- Lying Leg Raises 1set 25reps superset with
- Side Crunches 1set 25reps
