Friday, May 23rd, 2008Today we did cardio, I did the elliptical trainer for 20min and burned 177cal, I also rowed for 5min and burned 53cal. We also trained Calves:

- Seated Calve Raises 1set 25reps 100kg superset with
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 25reps 80kg superset with
- Toe Presses 1set 25reps 220kg
