- Squats 1set 17reps 100kg
- Isolated Leg Extensions 1set 6reps 50kg

Hamstrings:

- Lying Leg Curls 1set 10reps 60kg
- Standing Leg Curls 1set 10reps 50kg

- Seated DB Tri Extensions 1set 12reps 30kg
- Straight Bar P/Downs 1set 30reps 50kg
