Shoulders:
- Seated DB Press 1set 10reps 32kg
- Military Press 1set 10reps 50kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 25reps 140kg
- DB Side Raises 1set 15reps 16kg
Tris:
- Close Grip Bench 1set 10reps 80kg
- Seated DB Tri Extensions 1set 12reps 30kg
- Straight Bar P/Downs 1set 30reps 50kg
