Thursday, March 13th, 2008Well here I am again starting all over again, shoo I am sure I have said that before? Hmmmm…
So here we go again, this time it is going to be different I can’t afford to live without looking after my body & keeping it strong/active & healthy so this is a no brainer, no go-back, no bull decision!!! I gotta do what I gotta do it is as easy as that I don’t want to look back in 50 years time & regret missing out on life, no thank you!
Bodybuilding is a huge & important part of my life & it is where I belong so I am making the decision to go forward from here from strength to strength everyday & to never look back! I am also going to be active outside of the gym, that can only benefit my body, like playing squash/golf/judo/krav maga/rugby/soccer/hiking/walking etc…. & whatever else comes my way
I want to build the biggest/strongest & healthiest body I can, I want to realise my bodys full potential….
Today I trained Chest & Abs & did 20min varying intensity cardio burning 196cal:
Chest:
- Incline Bench 1set 10reps 70kg
- Flat Bench 1set 8reps 70kg
- Pec Deck 1set 18reps 50kg
- Cable X-Overs 1set 18reps 18kg
Abs:
- Ball Crunches 1set 50reps
- Lying Leg Raises 1set 35reps
All in all a really good workout considering I have been slacking so much
