Today I started training at my new gym. I am starting to train again with my brother in law as well as my old training partner so I am sure that know I will be able to get back to my prime & blast past there…
I trained Legs/Hams today:
Legs:
- Leg Extensions 1set 20reps 80kg
- Leg Press 1set 15reps 180kg
- Squats 1set 25reps 60kg
- Isolated Leg Extensions 1set 15reps 30kg
Hams:
- Lying Leg Curls 1set 15reps 50kg
- Standing Leg Curls 1set 15reps 30kg
Great workout, was feeling quite dizzy though so theat hampered me a bit…
