Today I trained Shoulders/Triceps and did the treadmill for 10min and burned 103cal.
Shoulders:
- DB Shoulder Press 1set 12reps 26kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 15reps 100kg
- Upright Rows 1set 12reps 40kg
- DB Side Raises 1set 12reps 14kg
Triceps:
- Close Grip Bench 1set 8reps 70kg
- B/Over Tricep Kick Backs 1set 15reps 14kg
- Tricep Pushdowns Bent Bar 1set 12reps 36kg
Strong workout, still have a long way to go but one step at a time
