- DB Rows 1set 15reps 30kg
- Behind Neck Lat PDowns 1set 15reps 50kg
- Low Pulley Rows 1set 12reps 40kg
Biceps:
- BB Curls 1set 12reps 25kg
- DB Hammer Curls 1set 12reps 17kg
- FDB Curls 1set 12reps 13.5kg
