Today I trained Chest/Calves:

Chest:
- Flat Bench 1set 12reps 80kg
- Incline Bench 1set 6reps 80kg
- Flat Flyes 1set 10reps 22kg
- Peck Deck 1set 25reps 85kg

Calves:
- Seated Calve Raises 1set 25reps 60kg
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 12reps 120kg

Great workout, went up from the last training session, Hoo Ra!!!

Today I started training at my new gym. I am starting to train again with my brother in law as well as my old training partner so I am sure that know I will be able to get back to my prime & blast past there…

I trained Legs/Hams today:

Legs:

- Leg Extensions 1set 20reps 80kg
- Leg Press 1set 15reps 180kg
- Squats 1set 25reps 60kg
- Isolated Leg Extensions 1set 15reps 30kg

Hams:

- Lying Leg Curls 1set 15reps 50kg
- Standing Leg Curls 1set 15reps 30kg

Great workout, was feeling quite dizzy though so theat hampered me a bit…

Well today is back to gym after the looong Easter weekend which was good & relaxing, although the eating & drinking wasn’t the best (all those easter eggs & too much whisky lol) but that is okay cos you need some down time & as long as I am giving 110% the rest of the time other than weekends & holidays then I think that is good :)

Today I trained Shoulders/Triceps and did the treadmill for 10min and burned 103cal.

Shoulders:

- DB Shoulder Press 1set 12reps 26kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 15reps 100kg
- Upright Rows 1set 12reps 40kg
- DB Side Raises 1set 12reps 14kg

Triceps:

- Close Grip Bench 1set 8reps 70kg
- B/Over Tricep Kick Backs 1set 15reps 14kg
- Tricep Pushdowns Bent Bar 1set 12reps 36kg

Strong workout, still have a long way to go but one step at a time :)

- BB Curls 1set 12reps 25kg
- DB Hammer Curls 1set 12reps 17kg
- FDB Curls 1set 12reps 13.5kg
