Today I trained Shoulders/Triceps/Abs:
Shoulders:
- Seated DB Press 1set 12reps 26kg
- Seated Smith In Front Press 1set 12reps 60kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 20reps 100kg
- DB Side Raises 1set 15reps 15kg
Triceps:
- Dips 1set 8reps
- Close Grip Bench Smith 1set 7reps 80kg
- Rope Push Downs 1set 12reps 18.5kg
Abs:
- Crunches w Ball 1set 50reps
- Lying Leg Raises 1set 30reps
