Back in Bidniss!
Well once again I am back at the gym after being a lazy ass!!!
Hopefully this will be the last time I have to say that I am back into Bodybuilding after giving up on it. One thing I have come to realise though is Once a Bodybuilder Always a Bodybuilder!!! You can’t walk away from it & leave it behind after the bug has sunk it’s teeth deep for a few years!
Well sitting at Church yesterday the Pastor said that there was a word for one person in the sermon & it hit me like a ton of bricks. He basically said that I need to get my ass back in the gym & keep the dream going because I was on track before I decided to give up & make excuses to stop Bodybuilding. Although not in those exact words 
So here I am!
Anyway I am pleased to be back & open for bidnis, here we go …….
