Today I trained Chest/Abs:
Chest:
- Flat Bench 1set 12reps 70kg
- Incline Bench 1set 8reps 70kg
- Flat Flyes 1set 12reps 17kg
- Inline Cross Overs 1set 15reps 18kg
Abs:
- Crunches 1set 25reps
- Lying Leg Raises 1set 25reps
Good workout considering I have been off for a lil bit
Am really going to have to work my way up to some decent weights again, arghhhhhhh!!!
