Shoulders:

- Seated DB Press 1set 12reps 26kg
- Seated Smith In Front Press 1set 12reps 60kg
- BB Shrugs 1set 20reps 100kg
- DB Side Raises 1set 15reps 15kg

Triceps:

- Dips 1set 8reps
- Close Grip Bench Smith 1set 7reps 80kg
- Rope Push Downs 1set 12reps 18.5kg

Abs:

- Crunches w Ball 1set 50reps
- Lying Leg Raises 1set 30reps

Back:

- Deadlifts 1set 10reps 90kg
- Bent Over BB Reverse Grip Rows 1set 10reps 60kg
- Behind Neck Lat PDowns 1set 15reps 50kg
- V-Bar Lat PDowns 1set 20reps 32kg

Biceps:

- BB Curls 1set 10reps 30kg
- Hammer Curls 1set 10reps 20kg
- Cable FDB Curls 1set 15reps 13.5kg

Calves:

- Seated Calve Raises 1set 25reps 60kg
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 20reps 100kg

All in all a good workout :)

  • Incline Bench 1set 8reps 70kg
  • Flat Flyes 1set 12reps 17kg
  • Inline Cross Overs 1set 15reps 18kg

Abs:

  • Crunches 1set 25reps
  • Lying Leg Raises 1set 25reps

Good workout considering I have been off for a lil bit ;) Am really going to have to work my way up to some decent weights again, arghhhhhhh!!!

Back in Bidniss!

Well once again I am back at the gym after being a lazy ass!!!

Hopefully this will be the last time I have to say that I am back into Bodybuilding after giving up on it. One thing I have come to realise though is Once a Bodybuilder Always a Bodybuilder!!! You can’t walk away from it & leave it behind after the bug has sunk it’s teeth deep for a few years!

Well sitting at Church yesterday the Pastor said that there was a word for one person in the sermon & it hit me like a ton of bricks. He basically said that I need to get my ass back in the gym & keep the dream going because I was on track before I decided to give up & make excuses to stop Bodybuilding. Although not in those exact words ;) So here I am!
Anyway I am pleased to be back & open for bidnis, here we go …….
