- Bent Over BB Reverse Grip Rows 1set 10reps 60kg
- Behind Neck Lat PDowns 1set 15reps 50kg
- V-Bar Lat PDowns 1set 20reps 32kg
Biceps:
- BB Curls 1set 10reps 30kg
- Hammer Curls 1set 10reps 20kg
- Cable FDB Curls 1set 15reps 13.5kg
Calves:
- Seated Calve Raises 1set 25reps 60kg
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 20reps 100kg
All in all a good workout
