Today I trained Chest/Calves:
Chest:
- Incline DB Press 1w/set 20reps 10kg
- Incline DB Press 1set 15reps 24kg
- Flat DB Press 1set 15reps 24kg
- Incline DB Flyes 1set 8reps 17kg
- In-Line Cable X-Overs 1set 15reps 13.5kg
Calves:
- Standing Calve Raises 1w/set 20reps 23.5kg
- Seated Calve Raises 1set 20reps 50kg
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 15reps 100kg
All in all a good workout considering I haven’t trained since last Oct
