Today I trained weights, wasn’t supposed to until tomorrow but I couldn’t help myself, I did Shoulders/Triceps/Abs:
Shoulders:
- DB Shoulder Press 1set 9reps 35kg
- DB Shrugs 1set 12reps 60kg
- Upright Rows Wide 1set 8reps 60kg
- Front BB Raises 1set 12reps 28kg
- Side DB Raises 1set 10reps 17kg
- Seated Rear Delt Raises 1set 12reps
Triceps:
- Close Grip Bench 1set 12reps 80kg
- Seated DB Tricep Extensions 1set 12reps 35kg
- Tricep Extensions with Rope 1set 13reps 22.5kg
Abs:
- Lying Leg Raises 1set 35reps
- Crunches with Ball 1set 50reps
