Today I trained Chest/Calves, I also cycled for 15minutes and burned 100calories:

Chest:

  • Incline Bench 1set 10reps 85kg
  • Incline DB Press 1set 11reps 32kg
  • Incline Partial Smith Bench 1set 6reps 80kg
  • Incline DB Flyes 1set 12reps 20kg
  • Crossovers Upper Chest 1set 20reps 18kg

Calves:

  • Toe Presses 1set 35reps 180kg
  • Seated Calve Raises 1set 20reps 80kg

Great workout, short intense & heavy. Today I focused more on my upper chest, I need to bring it up!

Today I trained Back/Biceps/Abs. I cycled for 20min burning 90calories:

Back:

  • Deadlifts 1set 4reps 140kg
  • Chin Ups 1set 6reps s/s with
  • Front Lat Pulldowns 1set15reps 50kg
  • Barbell Rows 1set 8reps 75kg
  • Isolated Seated Rows 1set 10reps 50kg

Biceps:

  • Standing BB Curls 1set 6reps 50kg
  • Seated Alt DB curls 1set 8reps 17kg
  • Standing Alt Hammer Curls 1set 8reps 17kg

Abs:

  • Lying Leg Raises 1set 35reps
  • Seated Machine Crunches 1set 15reps 90kg

All in all a great workout!!!
