Monday, August 6th, 2007Today I trained Chest/Calves, I also cycled for 15minutes and burned 100calories:
Chest:
- Incline Bench 1set 10reps 85kg
- Incline DB Press 1set 11reps 32kg
- Incline Partial Smith Bench 1set 6reps 80kg
- Incline DB Flyes 1set 12reps 20kg
- Crossovers Upper Chest 1set 20reps 18kg
Calves:
- Toe Presses 1set 35reps 180kg
- Seated Calve Raises 1set 20reps 80kg
Great workout, short intense & heavy. Today I focused more on my upper chest, I need to bring it up!
