Well I am back after a week off and reeady for busting my ass.
Today I trained Chest/Calves and did a 15min walk, burning 70 calories.
Chest:
- Flat Bench 1set 15reps 60kg
- Incline Bench 1set 12reps 60kg
- Decline Bench 1set 8reps 60kg
- Dips 1set 5reps bodyweight
- Incline Flyes 1set 8reps 18kg
Calves:
- Seated Calve Raises 1set 25reps 60kg
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 20reps 108kg
A good workout, want to bring up my Dips though, hopefully those will help my Chest develop a bit more than before.
