Well today is the first day I will be back at gym after 4 months off!

4 Months ago I decided I was going to give up on bodybuilding, I was in a bad place, I didn’t want to carry on because I felt I would never be the best & I was missing out in life on the fun stuff. But 4 months later & now I have decided to get my ass back in the gym & get back into bodybuilding! This weekend while on a men’s conference @ church I felt God was telling me that I need to get back into bodybuilding, that is where he wants me & nothing will fill the gap I have at the moment but bodybuilding! It is a fundamental part of my life! Maybe it was a good thing that I took off, because I have been on a journey the last few months trying to figure out what a man is & how to be one. Now I feel like I have learned some lessons the last few months & am in a place now to do this for the long haul.

A quote came to mind:

I had read this quote a few times the last few months, but at the men’s conference God revealed it’s meaning for my life & it hit me like a brick wall, it was talking about me & getting back into gym, I had read this so many times before, but nothing!
So I am going to sign up today @ gym & will carry on this journey I started a few years ago, whether I win or lose!!!
