Today we went for a 30min walk in the morning. We trained weights in the evening we did Back/Biceps/Calves.

I did:

Back:

  • Deadlifts 1set 15reps 120kg
  • Dumbell Rows 1set 8reps 60kg
  • Front Lat Pulldowns 1set 10reps 76.5kg
  • Hyperextensions 1set 15reps 10kg

Biceps:

  • Barbell Curls 1set 8reps 55kg
  • Standing Alternating Dumbell Curls 1set 7reps 24kg
  • Cable E-Z Bar Curls 1set 15reps 50kg

Calves:

  • Seated Calve Raises 1set 20reps 80kg
  • Standing Calve Raises 1set 15reps 132kg

Great workout! I am going from strength to stength!!! All the glory to God!!!
