Today we went for a 30min walk in the morning. We trained weights in the evening we did Back/Biceps/Calves.
I did:
Back:
- Deadlifts 1set 15reps 120kg
- Dumbell Rows 1set 8reps 60kg
- Front Lat Pulldowns 1set 10reps 76.5kg
- Hyperextensions 1set 15reps 10kg
Biceps:
- Barbell Curls 1set 8reps 55kg
- Standing Alternating Dumbell Curls 1set 7reps 24kg
- Cable E-Z Bar Curls 1set 15reps 50kg
Calves:
- Seated Calve Raises 1set 20reps 80kg
- Standing Calve Raises 1set 15reps 132kg
