just in case anyone goes to cactis profile and sees that i rated him with ones its because he did it to me,i mean come on i am done with you little jealous bitches,dude you look like a birdcage with wire arms,go find somethiong better to do than put down my hardwork and do some work yourself and you might mook like something one day,losers,this is a positive place but i have had problems with these 3 asshols thie last couple of days,cacti,cowboy82,darryl27,grow up.i am not talking about this anymore i promise.

2 sets of bb curls 150×20,180×14,2 sets of db curls 80sx12,90sx6, 2 sets of hammers 90sx8,90sx7.2 sets of incline db curls 50×12,60sx10,concentration curls 35sx15,40sx12,then tris skullcrushers 4sets of 125×20,150×14,175×9,200×5,narrow grips 4 sets 250×15,275×13,300×11,325×9,bench dips 4 sets with 2 100lb plates on lapx15,13,12,11,each set went to absolute failure with static holds or xreps.stretching thru out workout seems to be working for size increases.

i just finished what might have been my quickest and best trap workout ever,6 giant sets,consisting of db shrugs,behind the back bb shrugs,and hammer strength shrugs,it took 25 minutes and the pump was crazy.another won of my quick workouts that i started last week,and the soreness is great and lasts for days.

this is dedicated to the jealous bitch who went to everyone of my photos and rated them with a 1,come on a may not be a 10 but lets be reasonable 6,7,i wrote a blog last night that said how i hate that jealous people can rate you and they dont have to show them selves and lo and behold today i find out that you can now see who rated your photos even if they did not comment.so now the jealous cant hide anymore,so there will probably be less low ratings now that they cant hide.so this is for darryl27 you have 1 pic up and it sucks bro,so until you build some muscle dont go rating mine with 1’s,not that i think im the best built man around because i know im not,but i worked very hard for 15 years to get 22" arms because its always been my dream so until you can even build a thigh that is 22" go screw yourself pal.you look like shit.

flat bench db press 2 warm ups with 100s for 20’s,then 4 work sets 120sx15,140sx12,150sx10,160sx7.incline db presses 4 sets 140sx10,140sx9,140sx8,140sx7.decline benches 4 sets of 315×20x17×15x12,pumped to the max.

hey i just wanted to thank all the jealous people out there that go around and dont leave comments and rate photos 1 or 2 or whatever rediculous number,now i am not saying i look incredible and i am not a conceided person what so eve,but i do think i look pretty good and i have put in 15 years hard work to look like this,and this is how i want to look,big with some shape,on a slim frame and i think that my arms being a little over 22" legitamitely and waist a little over 34" at 6′1 270 is pretty damn good,so thanks to all the people out there that respect my work and give a decent rating and screw all you little nerds that dont have photos and dont leave comments just numbef 1s,not that i am a 10 but come on 7s or 8s are more like it.I dont rate people a 1 or a 2 even if they look like shit the lowest ive rated is a 5 and i left a comment as to why.

4 sets of barbell rows 275×12,300×10,325×8,350×5.dumbbell rows 150×13,160×10,170×8,175×7.wide grip chins 13,11,10,8.stretched for 10 minutes after workout,workout took only 40 minutes as compared to 120 minutes since i cut the volume in half and the pump was better than ever.

7 am 6 egg whites,2 yolks,oatmeal,glass of skim milk,10 am whet protein in skim milk 66g of protein,12noon 1 can tuna,1 pbj on wheat glass of skim milk,2:30 pm whey protein shake,5pm 1 chicken breast,1 baked potato,7pm whey protein shake in water 50g,8:30pm 1 can tuna,oatmeal,glass of skim,10:30pm 1chicken breast,6 egg whites.11:30 whey protein in water 50g,2 gallons of water thru out the day. 440 grams of protein total fat is around 35 grams,trying to tighten up a bit.

it really bugs me when people critisize people for not having a bodypart up to par with other bodyparts,for instance i read an article recently and they said lee priest doesnt train his chest because its not as good as his arms or shoulders,well maybe he just does not have the amount of muscle fibers in his chest as in his arms and shoulders it does not mean he does not train chest like a beast.and people tell me my legs and forearms dont match up to my arms and shouilders and back but that does not mean i dont train legs and forearms like crazy,so people should not critisize people for there lack of grrowth in some areas,because some bodyparts dont respond like others,and for those who critisize i am sorry were all not as perfect as you.

monday,back-calves-abs.tuesday,shoulders-for earms-abs.wed,chest-calves-abs.thurs,traps-abs.friday,bis-tris-calves-abs.weekends off to do something else i dont know what that something else is being winter and all but i guess i will figue it out,any ideas?
