This is my life this is not just an activity or a sport to me its not just a job or a hobby this is what i live 24/7 365. Some understand and some dont and thats fine. i dont do this for anyone else but myself. friends have come and gone years have past but the love is and will always still be there. i owe everything i am to this. i have found self discipline, i have found out what it takes to set goals and reach them, i even
found the love of my life(tabitha2686) because of this. to anyone that doubts my words or my passion i got two words for ya….thank you. its because of people like you that keep me motivated and keep me going. i love proving all the naysayers and jealous ones wrong.

Tip of the week if you are a begining weight lifter/bodybuilder keep a lifting log. It will help you in the long run, you can see how you progress each week and you can set new goals for yourself. Also keep a food log because it will let you see what food makes you feel stronger what makes you feel weeker. In either one of your books keep measurements of bodyfat, weight, arms, legs, chest, neck to see how you have grown. Trust me this will keep you motivated and after awhile you wont need a liftin log you will retain the info in your head but always try to keep a food log. If you are serious about improving writing down the amount of carbs, fats, proteins, and calories you take in is the best thing you can do.

Tip of the week: take in a good amount of protein before going to bed for the night. Try to take in about 20-50g of slow digesting protein. It helps provide your body with the nutrients needed to repair and build muscle. A casein shake or cottage cheese is perfect before going to sleep.

Tip of the week:drink a gallon or more of water a day. It may sound like alot but trust me it will help keep your muscles full. Keeping your body hydrated helps everything from digestion to protein synthesis. Steady water intake keeps the nutrients flowing into your muscles. If you are on a high protein diet, using creatine, or using fat burners drink your water.

Love and hate are the two most powerful emotions known to man. they are complete opposites but they are one and the same. can you have so much love for something that it can be mistaken for hate? i say yes. i love this sport but i also hate it. its not just a hobby or an activity to me its away of life. i love pushing myself past my limitations but i hate spending most of my paycheck on food that i end up puking up during a brutal battle. i love changing my body with each and every session but i hate the battle scars that i have on my legs, back, arms and chest. i love the discipline that i have gotten but i hate the stress i get if i miss a workout or meal i love eating but i hate stressin about how much protein, carbs and fats are in my meals. i love the iron but i know that it is cold and heartless and loves to inflict pain. i love the compliments i get from people but i hate that some doubt my word…

Tip of the week # 2
If your bored of doing dumbbell shrugs and barbell shrugs for traps then next time you do traps do trap rows. To perform this simply hook a straight bar, rope, or ez curl bar to a pulley station that is about at eye level if your gym doesnt have an adjustable pulley station just perform it seated at the seated cable row machine and if you dont have that either perform on the lat pulldown machine. To perform this exercise is simple its like doing a seated row except instead of pulling to your abs or your chest you pull to either your chin or your mouth and make sure to squeeze the traps real hard on the contraction it will give you a great pump and also bring out more upper back and rear delt detail. I truely believe this exercise has helped make my traps what they are.

Today is the start of RLXMUSCLE’S tip of the week. Every week I will give out some tips on either nutrition or working out. One of todays tip is on your next leg day do lunges either with a barbell or with dumbbells. If your gym has enough space to do walking lunges do them that way. This is a great exercise for complete leg development. Great for the quads, hams and glutes.
