ON LEG DAY TRY THIS KILLER QUAD WORKOUT.
1ST START W/LEG EXTENSIONS PYRAMIDING UP IN WEIGHT FOR 4 SETS THEN ON THE 4TH DO A DROP SET FOR 3 SETS.
2ND SUPERSET REGULAR BACK SQUATS W/SMITH MACHINE SQUATS FOR 10-15 REPS EACH INCREASING THE WEIGHT EACH SET. DO 4-6 SETS
3RD DO TRI-SET LEG PRESSES WITH UR FEET WIDE ON THE SLED FOR 10 REPS THEN FEET CLOSE ON THE SLED FOR 10 REPS THEN FEET WIDE AGAIN FOR TEN REPS. THIS IS ONE SET FOR 30 REPS. DO THIS FOR 4 SETS.
THIS WORK OUT WILL GIVE YOU A CRAZY PUMP.
