1st CHEST DAY W/SUPERPUMP 250
Tuesday, November 25th, 2008YESTERDAY WAS MY FIRST CHEST WORKOUT WITH SUPERPUMP 250. I HAVE TO SAY THIS AGAIN THIS SHIT IS INSANE. I STARTED WITH MACHINE CHEST PRESSES W/THE STACK FOR 4 SETS. THEN 4 SETS ON THE PEC DECK W/THE STACK. THEN INCLINE BENCH FOR 3 SETS 225, 315, 405. NEXT WAS 4 SETS OF FLAT DUMBBELL PRESSES W/130LBS, 140LBS, 150LBS AND THE LAST SET WAS A BURN OUT SET W/80LB DUMS. NEXT UP DECLINE BENCH FOR 3 SETS W/225, 275, 315. FINAL EXERCISE FOR CHEST WAS 6 SETS OF CABLE CROSSOVERS. THEN I DID ABS AND AND CALVES. TODAY I AM COMPLETELY THRASHED AND LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT.
